What to send
Ideas, bugs, and everything else
- —Bugs and quirks. The site is new, so you may spot things we have missed. A description of what happened, the page you were on, and your browser/device helps us fix it faster.
- —Suggestions. If a feature, flow, or phrase feels off, tell us how you would like it to work. We are designing Sonder around real conversations.
- —Groups and early access. Schools, universities, workplaces, or any circle of people who would like a private Sonder Group — let us know who you are and how many people might join.
- —Press and partnerships. If you are writing about Sonder or exploring a collaboration, we would love to hear from you.

We read every message
We are a small team, so replies can take a few days. If your message is about a safety or security concern, please put “Safety” in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
